GUERSANT

Entering this apartment, located in the 17th arrondissement, we had difficulties locating ourselves due to the lost architectural space. This was caused by an entrance consisting of a long monastic hallway. Here as well, we focused on optimizing the space.

We proposed transforming the long entrance into a lively and welcoming zone featuring a contemporary bar with backlighting where family and guests can gather around as soon as they enter.

To lend more perspective to the main living area, we replaced a wall into a glass barrier to create a serene cove surrounded by a library and a TV area. Henceforth, eyes settle on a succession of three large windows bathed in natural light.
