Appartement Fleurus
In collaboration with the Véronique COTREL agency, project manager, we undertook the restoration work of a Parisian apartment, maintaining its pure Haussmannian spirit.
Located in the heart of the Left Bank in Paris, this apartment has regained its former charm through meticulous restoration. The parquet, in poor condition, was replaced, improving both acoustic and thermal insulation. The walls, ceilings, and facades were also insulated. Exterior joinery, respecting period materials, was entirely replaced with wooden windows, preserving the apartment’s traditional character.
The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, contrasts strikingly with dark colors harmonizing perfectly with the Haussmannian aesthetic. The master suite, accessible from the entrance or the living room, features a custom-upholstered headboard and an en-suite shower room accessible through an aged mirror sliding door. The children’s area, with a shared bathroom and two bedrooms, is elegantly organized with alcoves integrating storage.
