In Paris, space is restricted but our ideas are not. Within walking distance from the Pantheon, we reconfigured a 70 m2 apartment to include an additional bedroom. To achieve that, we modified the big entrance by reconfiguring the kitchen space behind a glass wall.
To match the space to the musical creativity of the owner, the space was rebuilt into a cultural refuge.
Behind the scenes, the challenge lay in the feasibility of relocating the new kitchen. It was an essential technical part that we mastered to perfection.
With our advices and personalized support, we started the renovation concept ahead of the purchase of the apartment. That was achieved by bringing together the client’s creative ideas and the architectural movement while focusing on the pragmatic needs and the technical challenges of the construction site.
