Faced with the huge Iron Lady, it was necessary to put oneself up to sight height !

It took three years of design and work to produce this custom-built jewel. Collaboration: Ghassan J.B. Jamaty, local architect in project and construction management; and Vincent Van Duysen, design architect. Our mission is to select, coordinate and manage all  the Parisien team composed of six engineering and design department and the general contractor, as well as doing the execution drawings, planning the on-site operation, animating weekly site meetings and providing detailed reports to the client. Our aim: to satisfy the needs of the client, represented here by cabinet projects untitled, client representative.

Prowess here is related to all that was absorbed and implanted in those original walls, or hidden like the air conditioning slots so as to meet all the needs for comfort, but also esthetics. Home automation is most developed, thus creating subdued, warm or functional lighting atmospheres. Details of the sculptures and woodwork have been carried out with the greatest precision: integrating a kitchen extended to the library, a gym, and also huge swinging doors with modest features. The large rotating metal-framed mirrors reflect the space in all its dimensions.

The finishing touches were pushed in each room and they combine the most noble materials—from marble to metalworking and plumbing treated by gun barrel electrolysis. The made-to-measure marble slabs on massive two-ton tubs carved out of a Carrara block in the bathrooms require structural reinforcement from the floor to the honeycomb ceilings and show excellence in their use. Past and future are linked in the present that reaches technical and esthetic peaks.
