Ghassan and his team operate in Paris with a sense of details but also of service. To be truly successful, architectural projects have to be carried out perfectly in all details with excellent finishing touches. Dealing with demanding clients, whether foreign or Parisian, the notion of a service is the ready-to-use completion of a renovation project by one’s own teams. This “in-house” coordination service between architects and producers saves considerable time for the clients but also has total control of the quality work that respects the regulations and the rules of the art, while ensuring respect for the quality, the timescale and the budget.
This service is completed by a permanent, pointed report. The clients are backed throughout their renovation project: from the design and choice of materials through to the administrative partners with requests for authorization until the completion of all the elements involved, and then the reception of all the work. A decoration service is added that includes drawings, the design of custom-made furniture and the full layout of the interior spaces.

PureSpace Execution undertakes to carry out work for all trade associations and the management of high-standing sites, followed wisely by an architect or engineer who tracks the smallest details.

Ghassan Jean-Baptiste JAMATY
Founder & CEOGhassan is a DPLG architect who graduated in 2001. He completed his postgraduate training as a major projects master in the Ecole National des Mines. He started his career as an AMO Project Manager and then as a head of the construction department at Smiths Heimann. Next he progressed in major international tasks before deciding to embark on his own adventurous future: architectural creation and execution, a creative, intimate, collaborative task, freeing up his deep desire to deal with clients’ real-life projects in a practical way.
Based in Paris, Ghassan was inspired to create PureSpace Architecture in 2011, and then PureSpace Execution in 2015. Those two structures united unique and complementary know-how, thus bringing together architecture and construction work in an image known as “turnkeys”.

Solene joined PureSpace to boost the sales team and ensure the development of Parisian and foreign clients. Endowed with communication experience, especially in artistic aspects, she uses her listening skills and creative mind plus her artistic and pragmatic approach so as to support clients in their initial project-defining steps: from their ideas to the expression of their needs, and through to the definition of their program’s most basic elements..
Solene is a privileged counselor capable of guiding you in your new architectural creation adventure.
Stève PARNEIX

As an engineer who graduated in 2002, Steve began his career managing development and realization projects, thus gaining management and operational implementation experience. His technical know-how and ability to manage teams are valuable assets for integrating PureSpace Execution and thus becoming a partner and the “band leader” in site coordination and performance.
Steve has a keen organization sense and draws up planning for collaborators working on the sites. He anticipates and schedules operations, managing the financial aspects of projects.
